La Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Entel) inició la instalación del servicio TV Satelital en el departamento de Tarija.
Una de las primeras instalaciones fue realizada en la comunidad Tablada Grande, a orillas del lago San Jacinto, fuera de la capital tarijeña.
Según la empresa estatal, ante de la oferta de este servicio, muchas familias no podían acceder al mismo ofrecido por otras empresas debido a lo alejadas de la ciudad que se encontraban comunidades como Tablada Grande.
“Hoy gracias al satélite de comunicaciones Túpac Katari, a través del servicio de TV Satelital Entel, es posible atender esas demandas de manera rápida y simple, así lo comprobó la familia Ruiz que confió en la empresa estatal y ahora disfruta de la tecnología satelital”, señala un informe de la telefónica.
Desde el 10 de junio, la empresa de telecomunicaciones comercializa este servicio en todo el territorio nacional a través de sus multicentros instalados en el área urbana y rural.
