La Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (Entel) lanzó un nuevo servicio para los usuarios de telefonía móvil, pre y post-pago, que consiste en la transferencia de crédito para sus clientes que se quedaron sin saldo.
Con esta nueva modalidad un usuario podrá transferir crédito a otro enviando un SMS en el que se especifique el monto que se pretende acarrear, pudiendo variar entre dos y 20 bolivianos, como máximo dos veces por día.
Para acceder al servicio, el abonado debe enviar un SMS al 222, especificando el número de teléfono al que transferirá el crédito y el monto, según explica un comunicado de la empresa.
El monto a transferir debe ser necesariamente un número sin decimales y su vigencia será de 60 días.
El Servicio de Transferencia de Crédito está disponible para abonados pre pago (GSM y TDMA) con antigüedad mayor a seis meses.
Los clientes de planes post pago, podrán acceder al servicio cuando hayan superado su consumo controlado y estén en la modalidad pre pago.
